Motordyne e370 Exhaust V band clamp

I just installed my e370 exhaust 2 days ago as well as the art pipes. Followed instructions and had a professional shop install it on for me. The other night as I was driving home, the v band clamp got loose and my exhaust come to the floor. Not sure if this is an issue regarding the clamps or install?

I'd guess install unless the clamp is somehow defective. When tightened down the V band clamps are very secure and not likely to come off easily. I've had mine since the exhaust was first released and never had any of them come loose even though I've scraped some of them pretty hard.

Definitely the installers unless you bought the exhaust used. Did you recover the clamp or was it lost?

My E370 has taken some pretty hard hits on the clamps and nothing at all, not even damaged besides some superficial scratches.

I bought the exhaust BRAND NEW and was installed literally two days ago. I looked under my exhaust and saw that the clamps were slightly loose so I was planning on checking on it the next day. Next thing I know part of my exhaust is dragging on the ground...the clamps are still in tact tho
