Intake help :/

I was looking at Takeda intakes and I found these:

Takeda Air Intake, Takeda Cold Air Intake Systems, Takeda Intakes - Videos, Installations & Reviews

What surprised is how the short design, which is cheaper, claims 18hp and 20tq
while the long tube, more expensive claims 12hp and 19tq!

Can anyone help me?
Im looking for an intake that yields best gains with no drilling or anything like that (so no Stillen Gen 3)

Do you know why the short ram claims 20hp while the long tube claims 12hp?

That's a pretty tall statement, since there are 3 Intakes on the market with nearly identical design and location.
