I've heard the YouTube clip of the guy who purchased the Infiniti Sports Muffler for his G37 but can I get some opinion if it sounds like a G35 or does it just sound like a G37 but louder?

 

The G35 had a single mid pipe, rather than Y like a G37, theres the difference in sound.

 

Hmm so those sport mufflers probably just make that gurgle sound a little bit louder then.

 

Just got a 2013 G37S Coupe and added the sport muffler accessory directly from Infiniti. The service person placed my G37 w/ sport muffler next to a G37IPL and a G37S with stock muffler. The sport muffler blew away the competition. The sound is masculine, sharp and more even than with the either two vehicles. The other 2 mufflers sound like they are farting during heavy acceleration, sort of like the sound of the exhaust on the Mini Couper JCW. The sport muffler sounds great at start-up as well as during acceleration.
