You can find many reviews and sound clips of all the mentioned exhaust. Megan, Ebay, ARK, shouldn't be used with G37 in the same sentence. ARK is a cheap HKS knock-off.
Many have complained about Invidia's cheap welds. Info can be found on my350z, driver and S2000 boards.
If you're looking for quality, low-cost systems, check out Tanabe or Fujitsubo. Tanabe has a great rep. Fujitsubo makes systems for Nismo and numerous other factory exhaust. If you want domestic brands, look into FI or Motordyne.

The shop installed mine in a little over an hour and they said it went together easy. I drilled topspeed about the issues of the tips on the forum and they assured me that it wasn't the case. So I took the dive and I have to say I'm impressed especially for $429 shipped to the house and the tips look good IMO .

Can you take some close up pics of your Top speed (mufflers & tips) for me?

How long has it been on the car ?

Sound similar to a Tanabe you think?

I found a guy selling a HKS high power cat-back for $900. This good deal?

Would you say a Tanabe w/ a y pipe is better or worse?

The megan y pipe has has a 3 in outlet and the stock mid pipe has a 2.5 in inlet or smaller. Is that a problem? your going from air flow from 3 in to 2. something in. I ordered my megan Y pipe but this was a concern for me? Does any one have any feedback on this? I know people have used this set up any issues?
