have a rattle help!!!!!

Well this is my setup.... I just installed berk hfc's with ichiba y pipe with stock midpipes which are pretty rusted because of the car being up north. and all of that into tanabe axle back. Car sounds amazing minus that rattle im getting in the exhaust. I am thinking its the resonators in the rusted stock mid pipe. Please let me know what you guys have to say or think about this.

You'll find it pretty easy to see exactly where your rattle is if you drive onto a lift and run the car while you stand underneath.

It's hard to say what your rattle might be. It's hard to even figure what it might be on one's own car that they are actually in hearing the rattle in person, as you can attest to. Guessing what it might be from a vague description is even harder. I can guess one of a dozen things but its jus a shot in the dark.

Let's go with cat converter heat shields. Final answer.

have berk hfc's they dont have heat shields. im thinking it may be the rusted stock midpipe. i think maybe the resonators in the mid pipe are what is making the noise. what do you think about that.

Are you talking about the hiss that you hear as the RPMs fall when you release the accelerator?

Maybe a leak in the system. Did you use new gaskets? I heard the rattle is it only on cold starts? Also you have so many different brands in your set up lol 4 different kinds lol stock ichiba tanabe berks maybe that's the issue. Check all your bolts too could be the pipe hitting the frame or the support brace in middle section. Exhausts move under load not as much during neutral revs. Lubricate the hangers and move the exhaust around up and down it shouldn't hit anything. If it does loosen bolts and readjust you may have to replace gaskets doing this.
