Quiet? Rolled, un-titanium tips? No hang-down mufflers? You're just describing the Stillen catback, man! That's exactly what it is. Either that or the Fast Int. "traditional" SS catback, although I believe Stillen will be more quiet and the FI still has the mufflers. However, if you want something more "stealth," you've gotta get rid of the TP/HFCs just to start with. When I took mine off, it's a heaven-and-earth difference in sound. I doubt you'll find what you're looking for in terms of quietness if you have either HFC or TP on your car.

I'm looking for something tucked in, no hanging cans like HKS and ARK. Something quieter that is still somewhat quiet with HFC or straight pipes. What do you guys suggest?
I would stick to something like Tanabe if you're looking for a quieter system. It seems to stay that way. I run Tanabe myself. It's a legal decibel system.
