Tanabe Exhaust pricing?
Tanabe Exhaust pricing?
I just saw the Tanabe Medallion Touring exhaust and I've grown some interest. I live in San Jose, CA. I'm trying to decide between this one and the ARK system. I would like to compare and contrast. First question: where can I get the systems and for how much?
Thanks.
Thanks.
That is over 900. I doubt they are the only dealer.

I dont have either... You should make your decision on whether or not you want a full cat back or just axle back... Full Cat Back go Ark, axle back go Tanabe... I personally would not piece it together... Its far more expensive in the long run to do that.
I am on the fence with both options... for me I just want some better sound over HP gains (though HP gains are a plus).
I am hesitating between Tanabe and Ark for a few reasons, Warranty issues, installation (Im pretty mechanical but unfortunately dont have ramps, torque wrench, breaker bar, etc. etc. so I would need to add these to my chest of tools at a fairly high cost - probably as much as installation) and sound (dont want it to be annoying when Im on conference calls).
My car only has 500 miles on it so I am waiting till I hit around 2k and then make the final decision but would like others opinions.
If Tanabe offers similar sound then I might go that route as installation is easy with out ramps, etc. etc. and offers the least risk of having a Warranty issue. If its not much better then stock then full cat back is the only option..
