No idea...I am in Kuwait, but I bought R2C while visiting the USA, and I know a lot of people on this board have them.

PS - Recent dyno test (use Search, it's been posted) show very small HP difference between Stillen Gen 3 and R2C. Difference is more in where the extra power is - Gen 3s kick in at higher RPMs, while R2C does it's thing in midrange.
