Two things can happen. The hanger mounts are a lot weaker. The bolts tend to come loose. We had to loctite our customers hanger bolts because it kept'd on coming off.

The other is the adjustment of the midpipe to muffler flange. We have folders of G37 Sedan pictures showing perfect alignment from various installs done here at our shop
