Has any body tried this axle back? If so how does it sound? really loud, raspy, drone etc...? it looks really nice for $269.99$

 

Almost dentical with tanabe just slight higher pitch

 

i saw in another thread that the quality is not too good. is that true?

 

this is how it sounded during the break in period. it has mellowed out a bit and is a little more muffled now.

simpson did you have the top speed scilencers in the exhuast in this video?

 

im not sure what silencers your talking about? its just the axel back mufflers

 

The top speed exhaust for the 37 and 370z is different from the older style 350z and G35 style N1 mufflers. They don't use silencers because there's more dampening inside the muffler. It's more like the Tanabe Medalion axleback.
