Defintly weird man, has to be the MAF's, When you reinstall make sure you are super carful with them. I would put mine in a ziplock bag so I did not get any dirt on them.. Like said before make sure everything is sealed and tight. With all the intakes I have done I have never seen this either.

Idk what else to do but I installed R2C b4 and never this issue. What could it be???

First question, what is the CEL code it threw???

You need to get an OBDII scanner, and check it.

Right. The code may still be in the memory, but fixing the problem will take it out of LIMP mode.

He stated replacing with the stock intakes had the car running normal, so the intakes are more than likely causing the problem. There has to be a bad reading/connection, or a restriction somewhere.

The inside of the pipes on mine (just installed last night) were horribly filthy black residue and sout..possibly from welding the fittings. Try cleaning your pipes. Also, just leave the sensors plugged in the entire time, that way you know the car isn't pissed about that.

Ok everything is ready to go and I will start but I will disconnect battery while I try to reinstall. If this fails I'm out of ideas, don't know what else to do I checked everything to be tight and secure and in place and everything looks clean and ready for install let's see what happens .

Frustrating.
The welds around the MAF sensor port are perfect? No cracks or breaks?

Is the only difference the intakes? You're not using certain tubing for one install and different for another? Is the rubber housing that connects the pipe to the throttle body tight and secure? Your best bet, like someone else said, is to install one at a time and narrow it down to possibly only one intake causing the issue. If the MAF sensors work with the stock system then you can rule that out as well as any part of the intakes from there down. Your issue more than likely is near the pipe to throttle body connection. Strange though either way....
