Miesershaft also costs ~3k when you incorporate taxs, shipping, delays, extras. and all the other bs. They say 1600 but when you pick it up its more like 2800..
BUT!
Their exhaust is pure sex, before i heard one for myself i didn't know how great a g can sound. The key to their exhaust is a rotating plate which gives it the f1 tone.
I got FI, because they have the best build quality + sound IMO but if you wanna go all out think no farther than Meisershaft. (side note the Meisershaft products are made in korea, just throwing that out there)
I spoke up.. so I'll ask.. didn't realize there was something going on in the internals.. Interesting..
I've seen the GT-R version in our shop.. no reason to mention why.. but hadn't heard details of the G37..
im not sure how far back it is but Im under the impression that that piece is between the axel and the tips. I recently met somebody in Long Island that has it installed. You could hear him coming 3 blocks away although he does have headers back... They use a system of pipe manipulation and some sort of rotating plate to make their note. The system is based on a modified version of the eissenmann m5 exhaust. I did a sh*t load of research, Hope it helps
