I have the same exhaust and I'm definitely not complaining for $230. Fitment isnt perfect but I already knew that from solisimo's review way back. Mine was also not as bad as his thats for sure. Search for TOPSPEED PRO

I find it funny how the Op doesn't put "Top Speed Exhaust" in his sig but instead "Tanabe Replica Exhaust"

I remember when XO2 came out with their HKS replica catback a few years back for the vq35de and people jumped all over it... then put them up for sale a month later.

There's a reason why it's cheap ... you get what you pay for.

I've got it too...and I can tell you that the sound of this thing is amazing. They copied the Tanabe exhaust exactly, you can just tell the quality isn't quite at the level of Tanabe. Fitment needs some work, but you can make it work with some fidgeting. But the sound? Just as good...seriously.

You can find it on ebay. Few people selling them, but find a seller named delubozparts. He will have a few of them Buy It Now, and a few for "Best Offer". Take my advice...lowball on the best offer. This guy is SOLID though, one of the best sellers I've ever worked with on eBay, and I've bought a lot of crap in the past on there.

Let's see how much you guys love it a year or two from now. You get what you pay for.

I would not mind installing such a cheap part if I still have my old '92 talon tsi, that car was all about racing on a tight budget, but we drive G's it's quite shameful to install such thing in THIS car. That's like the few older G35's I've seen driving around with Rota TE-37 replicas with their owners thinking they're hot ****. Or the ones that spend the money on the real thing but wrap them on the cheapest Chinese tires they can find.

It's an axeback. You make it sound like its gonna explode... It not that complicated. Its a canister where exhaust passes through.

I'm not into knock offs, sounds good yes but I really prefer the real deal and pay that extra $$$ for the mufflers .

You are aware that mufflers do fail right? Especially if they're cheaply built.

What I meant is that even though it sounds nice now, that might not be the case a few years down the road. To each their own but I would never install some cheap *** anything on my car.
