Ark performance inc : G37 coupe ark grip exhaust final
ARK PERFORMANCE INC
We wanted to formally introduce our most popular G37 Unit.
Quality Control.
Made out of High Grade Stainless Steel (t304)
Techniques
Mandrel Bends are used so that The material also does not lose its strength in the process. This is necessary because exhaust fumes flow optimally when the pipe sizes are equal throughout the exhaust system.
Prototypes
All prototypes are made in house in order to ensure fitment for USDM models, we manufacture our units at our facility in Incheon, Korea. This also allows us to create exhaust tubes to our own specifications, resulting in maximum performance.
Manufacturing Process
Using CNC machined sleeve joints, attached together with silicon shielded springs, the highest possible level of compactness of the entire system and constant contact between the tubes is achieved. The interior of the muffler is made using a sandwich construction of stainless steel mesh and stainless steel wool to ensure longevity of the muffler packing interior that guarantees maximum engine performance. There are somethings to take pride in. Our engineers uses TIG welding, which is the only way to guarantee the stiffness, durability, and smoothness of the welds.
Love for the Industry
Lastly, We have the passion to bring out a system that the average enthusiast can use. We know that the average person will go to track maybe once or twice a year. We know that people want an optimum output exhaust with a daily drivable tone.

1) No, it is not deeper, Tanabe was more muffled. ARK is more open and free flowing, sounds less restricted, if that makes sense. I've owned both.
2) No, at high way speeds, it's quiet, virtually silent, if held constant. I commute about 45min to 1hr on the highway with my ARK everyday.
