^^Thanks guys. I'm hoping to hear from someone who has it installed, in terms of added performance and sound. I'm sure there are better and more sophisticated intakes on the market. However, I don't feel like spending more than what the K&N costs.

I don think K&N actually makes an intake for the g. Only drop in filters.

This is the first i've heard of a K&N intake, but for about the same price you can buy a JWT Pop Charger.

It's been out for a long time now.
Short ram, aluminum tubes, oiled filters and metal heat shields.

I love my R2C's, but the K&N's sound better. The R2C's have a mild sound.

R2c = best filtration/protection in the industry. They are dry filters too.

We need someone to do a review like RedG37SNC did for the R2C and compare the overall opinion

Is there any video/audio where this can be verified?

I have this installed in my 2013 G37, and there's a noticeable difference in power and sound. My friend has a R2C and have tried both and heard both, and feel like there's a bigger difference in the K & N. and it seems to be more reliable since they do have a lifetime warranty.

I like the brushed silver look of the K&N as it looks more OEM
