Kuruma motoring on ebay selling for 599 +55 shipping. I emailed them separately and bought it for 599 shipped which is pretty much 200 less than any other site.

Great price. They are a reputable seller IMO because I've purchased from them several times in the past successfully.

Congrats. I love my Tanabe's.
Best looking axle backs/ double exhaust set-up IMO.

Y-pipes don't produce any gains. More for sound.

THanks. Is it true that the midpipe from tanabe is what is primarily responsible for their impressive dyno results?

i want to get them based on the looks and (id assume) ease of installation since each individual piece is smaller than one big muffler. but i am just not 100% sold on the sound. its nice, but a bit high pitched for my taste. i prefer the stillen or FI sound. does a Y pipe or hfc get it lower?

Everyone has different views on exhausts.... I love mine. And I am waiting for their ypipe and mid pipe to come out. Last time I saw their last dyno session that thing made lots of power.

I talked to couple of people including tanabe. They recommend me here in socal to talk to amplified motorsports to order them earlier. Basically pre-order them cause they might not have a lot shipping here in US from japan.

Not that these are, but the photo's don't show medallion etching or the Tanabe plate on the muffler due to angle. There was a manufacture selling Tanabe spin offs on Ebay that looked exactly like Tanabes minus etching and Tanabe branding. Something to check when you get them.
