Exclamation Exhaust Help Please?

I know im gonna get flamed at for this but i have done a lot of research (at least attempted to do it) and im really not understanding the concept of an exhaust. I rly want one but dont know which one to get. I want a loud noise, not to hardcore loud but decent loud. I also want some hp gain, and a good lookkinng exhaust for a good price.. under 2k would be wonderful. Can one of the pros pls help me understand the concept of this? Yes g37Sam i know i should have used the search and i tried searching but still dont understand. Sorry man. So pls someone just help me out a lil with this cuz my birthday's comin up and my dad promised me an exhaust for my car, just dont know which one to go with.....

for me cheapest best sound is very simple just to remove the exhaust. thats what i did im very happy. i do have to tell u tho i did loose a lil power on the low end but i did gain in the top end. its very simple bolt on's.

I would suggest MagnaFlow... You could have one bought and installed for about $600. Then use the other $1400 on something else... I personally think it sounds great, makes the stock tone slightly deeper and a little louder..no rasp, no rattles etc..

Fast Intentions actually used magnaflow parts on their original design, so it does the exact same thing as any other exhaust out there but is considerably less expensive..

$2000 you can have Exhaust, Cold Air Intake, Springs +++ something else for the same price as what you would have spent on just an exhaust..

Just a thought as i have no idea what your mod plans are..

Good luck, hope it helped.

I had magnaflow at first, sound was ok but nowhere close to FI, night and day difference

They used to use the magnaflow x-pipe and that was it, not anymore though as they have their own x-pipe which even sounds better

If you're going to get magnaflow I suggest just going custom instead
