I don't think it was ever really about any of the above. I originally designed them for the 370Z and they have gotten plenty of love there. I just have never pushed them that hard on the G37 side.

Sorry, this was only based on my personal opinion and my ignorance. I found out that even with the long-tube headers installed you can still get to the transmission without taking the headers off first, which should be great news for many. With the stock CSC (concentric slave cylinder) going out on stock or aftermarket clutch systems long-term is what I kept in the back of my mind with these headers. It wouldn't be as much of a pain taking the bell housing off the transmission as I thought it would be. All you need is a transmission mount and a few extra minutes to wiggle your way out from underneath the header near where the J-pipe is located.

Long story short, this has really gotten my attention again knowing that if anything happens with my slave cylinder or my aftermarket clutch/flywheel combo, it's not going to be as much of a PIA to get access to the transmission.

I am actually going to have a Sedan in my possession after the holidays. I will try and do a test fit as well as design the new style X Pipe for it. In addition I may have a new tip option available for it...

I will keep you all posted as developments happen...

Thanks, Tony

No one local yet has contacted me.

We have however started producing our newer style x pipe for the Sedan. This is the same x pipe that comes standard in our 370 CBE!

Have you installed one of these on the 07-08 sedans with HR motors yet, Tony?

Just want to know how hard it would be to put these on if it's possible at all.

No Sedans yet, just the G37 coupe. I do not want to speculate that it would fit without trying it first!
