Yes. As BocaIvan said, that is obviously a cheap knockoff. Be careful buying brand name parts on eBay. There are a few bargains to be had from reputable sellers, but way more often than not they are cheap knockoffs just leeching off of a well known brand name that are made in China or Taiwan.

If it's way cheaper than it should be, it's probably not legit.

I'd stay away from ebay when it comes to car parts, there are many vendors selling quality products, ebay is pretty much a gamble. Look in the exhaust section
