Hey Alex. I just called an a worker said that you weren't there and he wasn't aware of my issue. He said you'll be there tomorrow, so I'll try you again around lunch time tomorrow.

Man, my friend has been trying to deal with them for the longest time about getting the defective part replaced. They want 600 bucks deposits for mistakes they made lol.

sup John, it's been awhile lol. how are you?

anyway,
i don't know how it looks like down there but when i sat in his car there's literally vibrations coming underneath and you can feel it inside the cab. he went back to the muffler shop and took some pictures and i can see the pipings don't fit well. it's touching his car and that's probably why there's vibrations. also, the rear section of his exhaust tips doesn't align right also.
i feel that ARK should send out revised replacement parts WITHOUT DEPOSITS from your customers. it's not like it's the customers fault to begin with lol. suck it up ARK!

This is a core charge that is fully reimbursed. We are replacing the muffler for free. I don't know where you got that idea that we are "charge" for our mistakes. We take care of our customers and do it in a very fair manner.

here is a breakdown of the process.
Pay 600 dollars
You ship out the old exhaust
We receive the old exhaust
We fully reimburse you 600 dollars
We ship out new exhaust system
