Very Important Note: We are currently collecting all deposits for the G37 for the pre order sale has officially ended. If you went through HPauto, we did not receive ANY payment.

I am giving HPauto customers a heads up because paypal and CC won't honor a charge back after 30 days. I hope that everything gets resolved in your favor. For the customers that did go through HPauto during the sale, we will still honor the pre order pricing for those unfortunate customers only.

For every other vendor that is selling our products for the g37, we have received payment and will ship out accordingly.

 

Damn, HPAuto screwed up things again. I told you already Ark! Sigh~

At this point we are still giving HP a benefit of a doubt. We simply state our notes to side with ultimately, ARK Performance Customers. This being a pre-order there is a chance where HP's customers would have a hard time getting their funds back. Whether the transaction is paypal or CC.

HPauto can still fully redeem themselves of this situation.

 

I fully agree with your assessment. I've been a fan of HPAuto since day one here, as Andy has always treated me with respect and given me the best price on all parts. He said payment should be going your way early this week, so let's hope that's the case.

 

Ive been keeping close watch on this thread and I just wanted to second that notion ^ ! Lets all just hope so... Come on Andy dont let us down bro !

 

So did they come in today?

 

They came in and they are getting shipped out. A couple of customers should have gotten some tracking #'s.

We also dropped one off at Corner 3 Garage in Lake Forest.
