midpipes for the A/T's wont be in for 3+ more weeks !, i dont think i want to wait anymore, its been 2.5 months already and he said he would hook me up with an HKS system for about the same price. I didnt sell my Borla so i could wait 5 months to get something else on, anyone want to try and talk me out of this or should i go HKS ?

If Mackin takes as long as they did to get the midpipes out as they did for the MXP, then mutiply 3 weeks times 5... so you're lookin at about 15+ weeks.

Let's get scientific with it.

Being as the midpipe is about 1/3 of the exhaust system, and they took about 15 weeks for the whole system, take 15wks X 1/3 = 5 weeks.

That's Mackin Math 101 for you ladies and gentlemen.
I say more or less 5 weeks for the midpipe. (with a 5 day margin of error)

Again, I love my Mackin, glad I have the M/T G37, but I am just apalled at them designing and releasing an exhaust without learning the underbody of the vehicle well.

never heard or seen MXP in person. but if u like HKS angled muffler, it could be the selling point... and HKS for price of MXP is a sick price.

Get the exhaust as is right now then sell it off to someone with 6MT. I think people will jump on it because there will be no wait for them once you have it on hand.

Add 100 or so on top to save from the wait time.

its already a month backordered for the 370Z, and they havent even offered it for the G37 yet so i wouldnt hold my breath, your probably looking at a least a couple months and maybe a lot more. Im not sure how much your looking to spend but you can get an HKS system with 3 day shipping from THMotorsports.com right now for $1699
