When the car is cold, under slight acceleration or when you press the gaz at ''N'' i can hear a metallic sound, like an heat shield or something like that. I think it's coming from the pipe from the midle to the rear of the car.
When the rpm come back to idle it makes also a little mecanic sound.

SO i can hear it when i first press the accelerator, and when i don't press it, i can hear it when the rpm come back around 800.

WHen the car is at normal temp, i can't hear it.

I read some 2008 G37, have this kind of issue, but do you know if the problem have been addressed on 2009G37 Sedan .

And , i'd like to know if some on you, can hear this ?
