you'll end up with both so... doesn't matter :P

i would go injen intakes first... your exhaust already has a good tone from the FI... injen intakes are the sex... i did mods more for sound than gains... but gains are a plus.

^^^ Yeah like what aliiin said. It doesn't matter which one you get first. I went with intake first, then fi cf exhaust. Later on i'll add the hfc's for more gains. It's really up to you which one your going first.

IMO an intake is a waste of money. Performance gains are insignificant compared to cost.

I'm not a fan of HFCs... Asking for trouble if you ask me.

But if I had to go with one of the two... go with the HFCs.

Why would you think that getting hfc's is asking for trouble its not test pipes.....

Get whatever is cheaper, they both yield the same amount of power.

Ok, this is one thing people don't understand when it comes to mods. You don't add 16+ hp for intake , then 12+hp for HFC, and 10+ for exhaust and get 38+hp, it doesn't work like that. For example... one member dynoed the Injen intake while she already had FI HFC and exhaust and got 4hp, but when another member dynoed Injen BONE stock and he got 16 hp. So you can't stack/add #s like that.

Yeah, Aliiin's right, your gonna end up getting them both. I would go for the HFC's and then the Intake.

Whats this smell everyone is refering to? Are you guys refering to the regular natural exhaust smell all cars with no cats make? Or does the G smell worst than most cars? Also, does the o2 bung keep the CEL off?

Its worse than most cars, smells like straight gasoline kind of. Its because theres no cats when you use test pipes.
