The problem is not really limited to just the dyno readout...I'm sure you can produce a legitimate 20 something whp gain, but the issue is whether or not that figure is reflective of actual driving conditions, where short ram intakes tend to lose out to CAIs.

I do know that for many other cars paired up with an SRI, they dyno very nicely, better than their CAI counterparts, as they should, but when it comes to driving to the point of normal engine bay operating temperature, heat soak occurs and they start losing to CAI.

Damn intake and exhaust thread People still buy intake for power? I just buy it because its something to have and is a must for Mod. I care about brand, if ARC made 6wp and Injen made 15 (using that for ex. baller intakes usually make good power), I'd get ARC I dont care, Im a brand guy. So when people go what intake you have? I go _____....0o0o0 you l00ose biatch

I've never even heard of ARC...Injen is a much bigger name than ARC, so how is that being a brand *****?

Also, if you were focused on just branding, why did you buy an Infiniti? While it's more baller than Nissan, you could have purchased a Mercedes or a BMW while you're at that price range. Might have been less car, but their image in the world is still higher up.

I think they're going to post the dyno soon. I hope the dyno is done with the hood closed and not too much time in between to maybe simulate some heat soak.
