I know mine was done the same day and the install was done on the dyno so that the numbers couldn't be affected somehow by the scraps going to the car being tighter on one set of runs over another which could change the HP readings. And the runs were done at the same engine/intake temp for all the intakes tested which was the Stillen Gen3, stock, and the Jim Wolf intake.

Did you reset the ecu between runs? A change in air flow/reading can lean out to show power but then will be relearned by the ecu which in turn minimizes the effects. Also you would need to let the ecu create new air fuel mappings with the intake and do another dyno in similar temps/humidity etc.
