That's what I keep hearing you have to be careful of. Do they sell any other version of this intake so that it doesn't get negatively impacted from rain, etc?

Has there been one single case of any intakes on a G37 sucking up water?

I will save the suspense and answer the question........NO!

Carry on people.

I had this same concern, was scared to go to the car wash.. But again, I grew some more ***** and went for it.. Just told the car wash guy to not direct water into the grill.. I'd also like to add, he was pumping pressurized water.. The guy seemed like he didn't get a word I said and started with the grill lol
So I was like F it.. By the time he was done washing, crossed my fingers and switched her on.. She seemed fine.. Then I floored her and she was just perfect
The grill is designed in a way that unless you stick the hose inside the grill, water won't get in there

would you have to reset the AF ratio or tune it everytime you install an aftermarket intake? since to my understanding, more air is brought into the engine which means the car is running lean?
