Yeah, the heat soak is killing these intake set ups.

All short ram intakes will seem to be the same, you'll really have to see them up close and compare them to see the differences. The Status Elite intakes are different from the JWTs since they don't use the oem rubber intake tubes connected to the throttle body, which should help for smoother air flow.

They're using pretty big filters, it would be a tight squeeze. If they did use them, the heat shields would probably be touching the filters.

So what's the difference with these and the Fujita's?

Fujita's don't have big velocity stacks like the status elites or the JWT'S.

They also offer custom powder coats plus the bigger filters that should help on the air flow.

Heat shields should help. Please convince status elite for our G community

WhiteG37S can you make some with carbon fiber pipes?

Thats what i said to them too That would look sexy for sure

I've seen these products in person and I can tell you that they are very well designed and quality of their prep'ing is top notch. I was surprised by how smooth the welding has been done on these pipes and also the quality of the powder coat was also top notch in and out.

I'm waiting on a response to see if they'll relocate the brackets for the 07+ sedans. It'd be very interesting...
