Nismo Exhaust

Will the stock exhaust from an 08 350Z Nismo fit on a G37? I know HFC and Y-pipes are the same. All I need is from after the Y-pipes. Would this be better than our stock exhaust?

Enzyte male enhancers? lol. A friend of mine is willing to give me his nismo exhaust. It seems ok since the piece from y-pipe is long enough eliminating our mid pipe. Only thing is, it's a single piping from y-pipe all the way to the muffler. It's weird, kinda fake me out dual exhaust.
It's just too cold outside to be laying down on ground.
