I guess the only gripe that I've heard is the install can be tight if you don't remove the bumper. Once it's done, then there shouldn't be any other issue.

^^actually alot of people mention that if you don't take off the bumper its really tight.

but when we did it, we decided to only remove the grille and that gives you enough room to work with to slide the pipe inside. At one point it is a pretty tight fit but it wasn't bad enough that we had to remove the bumper.

That's what I did too, just removed the grille and such, as long as the holes are big enough you can have room to fit the pipes through.

I would not recommend this install if your a noob to modding and have never worked on a car before though...

I plan on removing the grill to do the install. When I ordered the Gen 3's I was told by the stillen lady that the shop was able to do it without the bumper removal and they recommend that the tubes be wrapped so that the metal is not scratched during the install. I'll probably wrap it with plastic wrap to slide it through then tear it off when it's in far enough.

Are you doing this at your dealer? I also inquired about it and was told it void the warranty if not done at the dealer...

LAG37, Van Nuys Infiniti loved my Stillen 3G Intakes, some dealerships don't care. They were asking questions about my Stillen Grounding Kit too...

This is really BS as almost everything coming from dealers...They will need to prove that what you modified screwed up the car. My Infiniti dealer is Stillen authorized dealer. So in my opinion is impossible to convince someone (or a court for that matter) that the same thing can be bad or good depending upon who sells/install it. The dealer makes a lot of profit by selling it and install it.
