wat kind of exhaust is this?

Merry Christmas guys! just wondering wat kinda exhaust this is, the guy on youtube says custom so i hope he didnt just throw it together... cuz i really want it!

idk do a search... that guy that posted the video has the same alias here on the forum... but i recall him saying it was custom
