I say reset the ecu and then rape the car
How easy is an ECU reset ? Should I just pull off the negative battery cable for a bit tomorrow morning ? How long does it take

Only other exhaust I'd even bother considering is AAM's true 3". FI makes some GOOD stuff.

I just want to see some independant numbers on the FI CF because everyone talks it up a great deal. It looks good, It sounds good, but does it yield gains on a dyno?

I gave up on trying the pedal reset. I left the negative off of the car over night. Took five minutes to find a socket and 1 minute to remove. Left it over night. In the morning connected it up and ready to go. I did have to do the window reset thing though.

ECU reset is an OWT and a waste of time. The ECU will learn as you drive.

It will learn faster if freshly reset instead of expecting to relearn over time.

+1.

But Willizm you said earlier you havent seen the FI CF on a dyno yet, but the traditional intimidator catback yielded 12 HP. Tony from FI said this system may produce more HP, but were talking a difference of 3-4 maybe 5 hp max? Doesn't make much of a difference IMO.

I haven't seen anything about the new system, but if it's very similar or better in design then similar or better results will show. They make quality stuff, I'll give them that. I'm more surprised because most people say show me the dyno with any other product, but for FI CF not so much. Not a nock on FI at all because people are happy with their products.
