Tiguy99 from G35driver checking in! I have Berk HFCs and have no CEL or smells!

Here's the post I made on G35driver the day I had them installed

A few clips....

forgive my camera holding skills. I chose to focus on the road vs holding it steady when I recorded these.

Start up and drive clip (closed windows)

-Ignore the strange noises my camera picked up.. I have no idea where they came from...I don't have a radar or electronic device etc that makes those noises???

-No CEL
-No HFC smell
-Slight Rasp @ WOT
-Butt Dyno Satisfaction

I'm going to record some revup clips sometime. Look for them soon

Shout out to the guys over at GRD (Genesis Racing Development here in Illinois) who took care of me with my HFC install. They answered all my questions and made the process easy

Cool vids. But ecu on 05 are completely different than 08. Your ecu are more forgiving than 08's. Non-foulers or j-bung usually fixed CEL's on G35c

Tristan, I've heard of non foulers but not the j-bung. I have to do some research on them.

Do the Fast Intention HFCs throw CEL codes on the 08-09s too?

Not everybody with HFC get CEL. But 3 of my friends got AAM HFC and 2 got CEL. Weird, huh?
