I got the reply from Kyle today

just wanted to let everyone know what happened.
to Kyle/Stillen for great customer service. He mentioned he will try and send out the pipe today for next day delivery so i should get it by tomorrow or saturday (installing them on sunday)
so lets hope it ships out and gets here by sat.
Thanks Kyle!

Kyle actually called me a little while ago...he explained how shipping it overnight would be pretty pricey and they would cover well over half of it and i pay the rest. I came to the conclusion that i rather save myself and them money and just bend out the pipe i have now (since its right at the end of the pipe and shouldn't be hard)
for stepping up and helping though.

So hopefully the snow and rain will give out by sunday and give us a good day to install and dyno the car.

so sunday where supposed to get more snow/rain/sleet/mix of whatever. but where still gonna dyno the car as long as i can make it up there...so lets hope it ain't crazy weather. i'll be heading up there early in the morning...prob around 9-10 hoping to beat out any crazy snow if there is any.

Alright i just got back from Animal House Racing.

We put down 253.6whp/229.9wtq the way the car was with just Berk HFC.

After installing only the Stillen Gen 3's we got 266.6whp/233.4wtq.

Now we installed the accessport. First i wanted to mention that i had similar results to what "chamelieon" got in the sense that the "stock style" map made the most power, followed by the stage 2 map, and then the stage 1 map.

I don't have all the dyno sheets to all the different maps we did but the first time we dynoed with the stage 2 map and it was around 270whp. After that we dynoed the "stock style" map and got 276.5whp. Then we loaded up the Stage 1 and it wouldnt go passed 274whp.

All runs where done in 5th gear.

We are sending out the data-logging to John at Cobb and should soon recieve a new custom map and see what else we can squeeze out of it.

So the final comparisons were:

Only with Berk HFC: 253.6whp/229.9wtq
Berk HFC + Stillen Gen. 3= 266.6whp/233.4wtq
Berk HFC + Stillen Gen. 3 & Cobb AP: 276.5whp/236.1wtq

Here is the comparison dyno of Berk HFC vs. Berk HFC, Stillen Gen.3s, Cobb AP.

Really interesting the stock style map made the most gains. Just curious but did you let the engine run for 15mins after loading each map/ECU reset?

^^yea where hoping after john works on it, he can get that torque up a bit too.

and the weather here in jersey is f***ing terribale. the streets are still full of snow or ice. so i can't even use this new power to see how it feels.
so incase anyone asks how the "butt dyno" feels...i couldn't get on it today. hopefully tom the streets will clear up.

Hopefully this phenomenon can be explained. Was there any explanation or any reasoning why the other member had similar results to Evo-to-G??

i have no clue who he is and have never spoken to him.
Now i don't remember if he had intakes or not...only thing i can think of is that since the stage 1 & 2 maps both state "for stock intakes only" and i have stillen gen 3's that they just don't work well together. i know there in the process of making a map to go along with the stillen gen 3's, and that will prob make more power.

I mentioned to Ralph at Animal House Racing that another member had made more gains on the "stock style" map.
and sure enough we did too. we were both pretty surprised actually.
soon we should be getting our custom map done and then see what that puts down.

Keep me posted on this. Just ordered a Full true Dual exhaust system from Hector @ exhaust depot. As well, on the car now is AAM HFC, and AAM custom built intakes. The Cobb will follow. I'd like to see if you'd be willing to share your map when it comes. I'll post dyno results when I get the parts on.

Are you still using stock style map? I wonder if beta release for stage1 and stage2 fixed that problem.

Quick Reply: Cobb AccessPort & Stillen Gen. 3's on there way...dynos to follow.
