My car was modded too but the rattle is part of a TSB. I felt the same way till one of the members here got his replaced. They will not void your warranty by having your HFC on.
I have Berk HFC and i have a rattle on start up. Sounds like pebbles rumbling around. I believe the sound is coming somewhere around the tips. BTW i still have stock exhaust.
finally got my HFCs installed today and noticed mayb the same rattle you're having. I told them bout it and they thought it was the lil bar that goes across that the stock and berk HFC connects to..they took it off and i still have the rattle but i couldn't wait any longer (took over 3.5 hrs) cus i was already 1 1/2 hr late for work..gonna have to get under the car and find out myself
^Hey just FYI there is a TSB out for a rattle in our stock mufflers. I got the dealer to replace under warranty and most of the sound went away. However there is still a strange sound on startup w/ the HFC's.
