How hard was it to take the O2 sensors out of the stock cats?...seems like a lot of people end up breaking them.

.

I sprayed a little bit of PB (penitrating fluid) let it sit for like 5-10 min. Got the wrench on there and soon as it broke lose, it came right out without a problem

Thats the only thing that grinds my gears. No gaskets. I only have 1800 miles so i just reused the ones of the stock Y-pipe.

Now berk on the other hand did give me 2 for the header/cat connection.

It sounds exotic, as my friend put it. I really didn't rev too high yet, I want to break them in a bit. As far as i can tell...no rasp

I would think that the Magnaflow would have come with some gaskets. That sucks. The Berks only come with the gasket for the top portion which is great but that sucks that Magnaflow didn't include some gaskets for their connection to the CATs.

How hard is it to install the HFC's other than being careful with the O2 sensors? Is the header connection easy to get to and unbolt?

^^Nope. It is a pain in the butt to install the HFCs. A lot of people have had to break the bolts at the top of the stock CATs.

I had this combo, and there IS RASP due to the cats. Took them out and left the Magnaflow on...all the good sound without the rasp and some of the boominess is gone...and best of all, I didn't really notice the power loss. The gain was very noticeable, however.

Yep, I broke that top one. No big deal cause you get some nuts and bolts with the berks.
