So call you bank if you were charged that fee.
Hottexhaust is a vendor of Magnaflow products based out of canada.Magnaflow is based in California a US company.I used my American Express card to purchase and didnt get exchange charge.

I think they caught on and jacked the price of the exhaust. the discounts are still the same. i got a store wide discount of about $74 and the vortex discount came out to about $98 but they have the catback at 699. so in the end its coming out to $528 .. about $35 more than members were getting getting them for when the discount was discovered.

Everything I've heard about the system is positive as far as cabin noise. If it is anything like my old magnaflow system very little changes from stock besides when you are getting on it.

No intrusive cabin noise with magnaflow, had mine almost a month now and I already want "more noise". If you are driving normal you won't even notice a change in noise level in the cabin until you start approach 4k RPM, and even then it is not much, it doesn't get loud until you get over 5k and at that point I'm sure if you're hitting 5k you're not looking to keep things on the quiet anyway. But for normal everyday driving you will barely if any notice a change from stock with windows up.

You quoted my previous post but did you read it? That problem seems to only apply to bank/debt cards. You sir are incorrect. I suggest you call and talk to someone at hottexhaust

I got a local vendor to give it to me for $528.09 which is the same price as hottexhaust. I figure its better to keep the money in my community rather than CANADA! Magnaflow is currently making a batch of 50 of these to fill all of the backorders and they should be out in a week and a half. I cant wait till it gets here!!!

Uh, no. There is a pronounced drone under heavy throttle around 2K RPM. There is a fairly significant increase in general volume as well. I would like to get rid of the drone but don't mind the volume. Just didn't want you to be misinformed.

Nothing that a quick downshift doesnt fix.You are lugging the engine in 5th or sixth gear at 2k trying to accellerate. These engines arent torque monsters.I have had mine a little longer than most still very happy with kit.
