Thanks man. Each one of those complaint forms only takes a few minutes. I don't know if this will get my money back or the crook prosecuted, but I do wish that more of us who got scammed would stop bitching and whining and get on the ball about doing something like you are. Thanks.

I received a call from a detective down in daytona beach. I have to fax her a statement on what happened. Anyone else get contacted by anybody?

 

Not yet by the local PD in Daytona. Please PM me any details becasue I'm certainly going to step up and do my part. Let him know that I'd like to file a complaint with them too as the Volusia County Sheriff's office seemed not to give a damn. Everyone I've been in contact with on this has said that there's a lot more likelihood of any action on law enforcement's part if more than 1 persona files a complaint. Have you contacted the State of Florida AG's office, FBI, and Dept of Agriculture? And thanks for the update.

FWIW, he may be getting contacted by the IRS too.
I hope he paid taxes on our stolen money.

I just got off the phone with a detective down in Daytona beach. She told me that Naimoli's account with ebay was shut down but he is willing to send me a refund. I was told to give him approx. 10 days + or -.

 

Hopefully that works out for you... Maybe you can PM Jeremy (Black Betty) who you were talking to so. Just don't post it in the thread, please.

 

I will require more than a refund.

If he only gives me a refund of what I paid him, then bsically he has fraudulently forced me to give him an interest free loan for months with no penalty. No way, that's not good enough for me. I want
1) refund
2) interest and penalty on the money he stole
3) a handwritten personal apology (or a phone call)
4) a note on his website admitting that he's a fraud and apologizing to everyone he stole from and a way to contact him for them to get refunds.

We'll see what happens.
