Not according to them... If you get a defective intake ... you gotta deal with Hopup.... Take your chances as you want....

So if their 14hp+ intake produces less gains on a 3rd party dyno, everyone can ship them back to Injen and be refunded through warranty as defected product if they buy it through an authorized vendor?

HopUp is a shady company...Lou at ampdmotorsports tells me that Jerry at Injen will not even be gettin the Injens directly to HopUp....HopUp is prob buying from another middle man or something I dont know. Either way a lotta people have had bad experiences with HopUp..I'll probably stay on board with Ampd....

EDIT:
My cousin with a turbo s2k says HopUp is one of the best sites, ships items fast, low prices, etc. and he has used them to buy several parts.... Yeah so i dunno mixed reviews I guess...

yea i heard the same thing both sides hopup is bad and hopup is good from g35 guys and wrx guys who knows
