Installed my FI Exhaust today!

So last Wednesday, 2/27 my FI exhaust arrived. I finally had time to install this morning.

Fast Intentions instructions were good and it did take about 2 hours. And that was me doing the install all by myself. I didn't take enough pictures for a DIY but it is a very straightforward install. The harderst part was breaking loose the factory nuts!

Anyway, first impressions are that I love the sound!! Definately louder than stock but not so much as to be invasive. With the windows up it is barely noticeable. I really had a great time today listening to my car, driving with the windows down as much as possible.

I was considering the BERK HFC's but I think I am going to pass. I personally don't want my exhaust to be any louder than it is now. It is perfect for my tastes. I'm not looking to be the loudest or fastest kid on the block, just different than most.

Just for ***** and giggles I did the ECU reset procedure after I completed the installation. I will probably take the car and have it dyno'd again this week. I know it wont be exactly the same but I am sure there will be a bit of a power increase. It feels like there should be anyway... My butt dyno says it's really fast now!!!

So, I know, this thread is worthless without pictures!!! So here you go. Please excuse my poor photographic skills.....

Pictures one and two are stock.
Three is new and old, side by side.
Four and Five are installed.

Now go buy some will ya?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, plus its really windy right now so they would sound terrible.

I got the ramps at Wal-Mart for $40. Do you need me to make a donation to the solo ramp fund?

I went for another drive a little while ago just for fun. It sounds so much better.

Makes me want to drive all the time!!

Looks good. The best part is the Broncos license plate frame.

out of curiosity...were you able to get to the exhaust with just the back end of the car on ramps? or did you have to jack up the front as well?

I did have to jack up the drivers side a little bit. Not too much though. Once I had the car on the ramps it was pretty easy from there.

JP- I will post some more pictures later this week.

Go Broncos!!!

So for those of you who have replaced your exhaust what did you do with the stock one? Trash, save it, sell it?
My wife is bugging me to get it out of the garage but I am having a hard time justifying throwing it out.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
TIA!!
