For those with JWT Dual-Pop

Do you notice a 'spooling' sound with these intakes? I remember from my G35 the JWT Pop charger would make a spooling sound like it was a turbo when you pressed the gas in about 20%.

I'm interested in these Dual Pop-Charger, the only online store that seems to have it is EverythingG35.com, but I'm very confused about it.

Seems that a lot of stores have it for the 350Z, part # P3507-DUAL0, Andy on Hpautoworks has it for $319 (Cheaper I can see it) but he has it listed for the 350Z but not for the G37, the same for the rest of stores, but EverythingG35 have it for both using same Part Number.

So, Does anybody know if it's teh same for the Z and the G or if it's an error from EverythingG35?, Looking at JWT directly seems that the same kit will fit G35, G37 and Z, but obviously I want to be sure before I order it, I'm still waiting for EverythingG35 and Andy's response.

^^ah $375. Interesting. Think my Fujita's were $283 shipped, but i always wanted JWT since i saw and heard them on the G35 coupe. Yea, who here has the "pop's" on their 37!? lol

I kno Fujita's don't need to be Oiled, and the pop charger has a refresh kit or w/e to re-oil the filters. So my question is, do we need to do ANYthing to the fujita filters... replace? or once they are in, they are good forever???

Not FOREVER but a good 30k miles or so. The fujitas don't have heat shield though, thats why they are significantly less $$

^^Well, that's the problem, that they seems to be out for sale, because I doubt these stores doesn't know the status and list them, but so far I haven't seen a single person claiming that he has it. (Google search).

I just want to be sure that the one listed on Hpautoworks for the 350z is the exact one for the G37, as this is exactly what EverythingG35 website is showing. $319 from Andy can't be beat right now.

with the intakes taking extensive R and D just to get gains in HP I would go ahead and step up to say If there using the same intake for us and the Z and the Sedan ....its not goin to make any power and wll be a cosmetic sound mod.

Our ecus are even different with different options so Id say there a good amount different from the Z and the G sedan ....

just my thinking ...

Nope just have to clean them, spray some 409 on them, wash em and re-oil them.

I've had several as well, but this is a completely different sound. I actually thought something was wrong with it at first (on my 35).
