Kinetix SSV intake manifold for G37

Kinetix SSV intake manifold for G37
I contacted Kinetix in regards to the SSV intake manifold. I wanted to see if they were designing one for the G37. This is the response they gave me.
“We have tentative plans, however most likely at least 6 months off. We want to wait and see if the new 350z will use the same engine.”

On the dyno chart for the N/A 350Z they show a max horsepower increase of 16.9 HP @ 4000 RPM, and 12.8 HP @ 6300. Now look at the torque gains on the dyno chart. Right around 3500 RPM the gain appears to be around 20-25 foot lbs. These numbers should be a VERY noticeable difference. I wonder how the VVEL will react with a manifold like this when they come out with one for the dual throttle body set up?
I think we can all agree that all the VQ engines could use more torque in the low-mid RPM range, but the waiting is killing me. What do you think?

Yeah it didnt do anything to NA, but it was beast on FI.
I had their Kinetix V+ plenum on my g35 and i loved it. I never got dyno'd but just the fact that i could drive for 3 hours and pop the hood and smack my hand flat onto the plenum and it was just warm and not a billion degrees i knew it kept the air cooler.
It sucks there not really making anything for us. Just HFCs and camber kits from what i see.

In fact I was told by Darren at Intense they put the Cosworth on their shop 350z's and G35's for magazine photo shoots but they then took it off and opted for a spacer for the actual dyno tuning and street use of their cars as it yielded better power than the plenum replacements.
