Hey what's up everyone. Im discussing with a friend here in Soflo that certain cars that are white can look awesome with gunmetal wheels and that not all white cars have to have matte or glossy black wheels to look cool. he then stated that if i where to post up a poll on "my" forums more than 80 percent would chose black on a white G over gunmetal. Im actually quite curious now what any of you guys with white G's would think or chose or anyone else with an opinion. He owns an A5 and is dying to get f14's in Piano black but i told him to get gunmetal. which would you chose between the two finishes for a G?

 

Most will probably pick black. Stronger contrast. Stands out more.

Although I have black wheels, I would say Gunmetal. My wheels were Gunmetal before they were black, and I miss them. Black just hides the profile of the wheels, while Gunmetal actually shows the details.

 

My vote is gunmetal.

 

Gunmetal I'd there's no other black accents on the car. For example if you have a black roof then black wheels would look better IMO.

 

black wheels if you can get gunmetal colored tires.
