exhaust repaIR covered under warranty? Good NJ Delaers?

I have recently purchased a 2008 G37 at 35000miles. I figured that the exhaust is way too no noisy at stat up and it is higly likely that the bottom of the car hit the ice during the past snow and slightly ruptured one of the exhaust piped. Is it typically covered under warranty should I take it to an exhaust place out of my pocket. I am new to infinity I don't know the dealer policy. By the way I am in hoboken NJ very close to the city and bought to car from tche long island dealer and don't want to got there for maintenance. Anybody recomend NJ Infinity dealer?

If you hit the exhaust, it won't be covered under warranty.

All g37s are pretty noisy at start-up, is it extraordinarily loud?

Warranties cover defects, not damage caused by hitting something.

it is not horribly noisy. I have noticed very little noise coming under neath the car after i bought it. perhaps it was there all along, but I start to notice it more, perhaps it got worse with the snow or I am getting used to the car, listening or being picky. I think there was sth, but it got worse on this snow....

If it gets quieter after a few minutes then it's normal; if not, get under the car and look for a leak.
