About the nav screen

I am without the nav setup in my car, does anyone know if the screen is the same as the navigation touch screen just without the sensor hooked up?

i 100% doubt it. Touch screens are much more expensive to produce. Why would infiniti/nissan spend the extra money just to leave it unplugged?
