I'm having a problem with either the invoice or PayPal I'm getting a Sorry.We are not able to process your request. Please try again later. Not sure what's going on ?

 

Call paypal and see what the issue is. They're security system isn't allowing you to send the funds. It's happened to me a bunch of times. You have to call them and explain the situation.

When the automated machine asks what you're calling about say... problem making a purchase.... then keep pressing zero till you get the operator. I have it memorized lol

 

Yeah but the invoice will not even pull up on the PayPal side just goes straight to the message I keep receiving .. I'll try calling now

at first I try to pay it on my phone, I got the same message, then I open up paypal on my laptop and then I didn't get that message.
