Just send him payment and include all the necessary information he asked for as well what color you want and if it's for a coupe or sedan.
There's no need to wait for a response from him. Once he receives your payment woth all your info erotten in the paypal summary (which color and model of your car with your full shipping address and forum member name) he ships it right out to you.
Idk if he even sends out a confirmation. Just send him a PM informing him you sent the payment with all the information and I'm sure he'll get back to you.
