The $500- non-refundable downpayment goes toward the balance of the exhaust. The remaining balance is due within 30 days of the downpayment. IF something happens where someone backs out or decides against the build, their $500- credit goes towards the next build in line with the same order specs. We do this since we are unable to keep an inventory of exhausts.
To answer your question, if you put a larger downpayment down, and back out of the order before the 30 day que, I am able to refund anything you pay over the $500-.
