We do indeed ship to Canada, just shipped a full setup to Ontario a few months ago. I cannot quote duty tax fees on arrival, but I can quote shipment from the US to Canada for you.

As for the resonators, I leave the resonator choice is up to the customer. 18", 12" or none.
