Indeed the price is for a single rotor. not pair. its $250 or each comparing to $500 for retail price. i saw some website offering anywhere from $355-$420 for each rotor. what do you guys think? anyone interested?


‘Jobber’ is one that buys from Manufacturer and sells it to retail and yes, jobber price is essentially wholesale. At the 30-50 sets I would most likely extend a price that was 30% less Jobber.

So, $250 each

Any idea on how much weight loss the DBA5000's have over stock?

 

The 4000 xs is 28 pounds. i believe they weight about the same or a little less.

 

I will have the details tomorrow night. i will update it once i get the weights and etc..

Do you know what type of rotor designs we can buy?
for example, for the 5000 series, there is the slotted, slotted&cross drilled etc...

 

I can speak first hand about these rotors. I had the 4000 series slotted on my 06 GTO that made 418rwhp and these things were awesome. Absolutley no brake fade from 160mph down. Used hawk ceramic pads with these and couldn't ask for more. If i had the money right now i would buy a set for my fronts. Jump on this deal guys!!!

 

I warped the stock rotors at my last track event so its time to get some that will last. I'd be in for a full set 2x 5K and 2x 4K.

Is the plan to wait until there are 30+ rotors shipping or is it more of a set time?

BTW, looking at the track schedule i'm probably not too sensitive to time.

 

Updates?? Is there a time frame?

DBA 4000 is front for a few different models of Subaru- I am getting the weight of these
5000 XS fully assembled weighs ~13 lbs or 6 Kg

Since DBA 5000 xs won't fit on the rear rotor, therefore the only option people have is the 4000 xs? is that correct?

We don’t offer a 2 pc for rears (our 5000 series is 2 pc) DBA 5000, the part number also fits a variety of Subarus. I have attached the application guide for reference

Jobber for the 4000 XS is $238.70 but not sure if this is the part number you want


Are two piece REAR rotors available for the Infiniti g37s?

There are 2 piece rear rotors, but they are by racing brakes, but you pay a premium to have them.

Also a note, the front rotors on the akebono brakes are suppose to be around. 355mm, not 295. I'm sure the 355 is what is being sold.
